At Britsmann, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day easy return policy with a hassle-free refund process.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

- The item is returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
- The return request has been approved by our customer support team.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Refund Process

3. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once an order is shipped, it falls under our Return & Refund Policy.
